Hollybrook is bringing forward proposals for the redevelopment of the Bridge Road site to deliver up to 179 homes, including affordable housing, alongside new landscaped public spaces.

Forty per cent of the homes (by habitable room) are proposed as affordable housing to help meet local housing needs.

The site has remained largely disused for more than 20 years. The proposals present an opportunity to bring the site back into productive use while delivering new homes and public realm improvements.
