Hollybrook is bringing forward proposals to redevelop a prominent brownfield site at Bridge Road, opposite Stratford High Street DLR Station. Having remained largely disused for more than 20 years, the site presents an opportunity to deliver much-needed new homes including affordable homes in a highly sustainable location.
We are seeking feedback on our emerging proposals before submitting a planning application to the London Borough of Newham. Your views will help shape the plans as they continue to evolve.
